The benevolence of nature, and that of all its elements that constitute us physically, mentally and emotionally in harmony, shines at its noblest magnificence within the loving embrace of one’s beloved caretakers and guardians of happiness, prosperity, and well-being. No ignoble beast can surmise the unfathomable role our elders play in hereditary and cosmic evolution of an individual, a society, a race, and a civilization.
Your mother and every motherly figure, your father and every fatherly figure, is your wealth and joy of life, for they are living embodiment of wisdom and years of accumulated experience. Under the light of a more fulfilling definition, they are memories of the time before ours that has sustained itself and has grown in continuity to our times.
The consciousness of all of us exists beyond the realms of flesh and bones, exercises its faith partially in ours and has its logical conclusions existing in its entire field of persistence, and that’s beyond finite. Life nurtures, is nurtured, expands within and without with bliss untainted, into the limitless. True then, in the holy feet of our mother, our father and our master, who are the very core of our being, lies that freshness of life, the wisdom of inherent all-pervading cosmic intelligence, and the essence of our very creation.
The figure of feet symbolizes the path of righteousness and an indomitable resolve to pursue that path. They are symbolic of unconditional, selfless devotion as a righteous individual. Further, they are symbolic of strength, fortitude and singularity in plurality like oneness through humility as opposed to egocentric dualistic uncompromising existence. ‘Humility’ and ‘valor’ constitute that golden verbal substance. Humility and valor is life (Life here is Jeevan as opposed to Zindagi). In unconditional selflessness and freedom from baseness lies humility. Discrimination is the greatest valor. In physical plane and within ourselves, in its fullest meaning and practicality, there remains no egoism and stringent gender consciousness, both of which are virulent poisons, when we revere the holy feet of our mother, father or our master.
