As discussed in the previous article: You are more than you see, every human being is more than the soul that resides in his body. One has an expansion that is connected with the higher universe and leads our way to what we desire or helps generate desires that it wants us to fulfill.
But how does one experience that expansion without which we are barely bodies made of flesh and blood. The souls with no realization of their higher selves are usually controlled by other beings. Every human being or energy leaves an impact on them and they feel as if they have lost the track of their path. They are more or less a lot like the ones who planned to visit a far off destination and failed to turn their GPS on. They keep wandering and looking for the path taking one road after another. Expansion requires 2 important steps :
Belief in the expanded self
The first step to ignite the engine of desire is to believe that “I am more than I can imagine. My higher self formed the body that I live with.” This higher self is an expansion of your own soul that has stayed forever and has never come to an end. All that you experience is your interaction with it. When you aren’t sure, the higher self gets the signal of doubt and keeps you in doubt. Therefore, the GPS signal that has infinite possibilities to show you this entire world and help you experience every magnificent thing doesn’t get the right affirmation and is almost lost. You can’t find this expanded self by looking for it. You realize it only when you trust it.
Shift your Focus
Shift your focus to something that is more positive. We carry negative energy for certain things and keep falling in the same unfavorable situation again and again. For ex : A person who has had a pattern of broken love relationships kept experiencing it until he realized that his energy was getting more and more corrupt in it and it was happening quite often.
Another person was never served lunch on time wherever he went. There were times when he was at home and other times when he was in a party. He experienced delay due to one factor or the other. He shouted at people and abused them but there was something he was getting sure of, that he would never be served Lunch on time. This isn’t acceptance. This is getting firm with the negative energy. The more one starts thinking of the quagmire one is in, the more firm he makes it. It’s better to relax, let it be for a while, accept it in the moment and move to something else that is good.
In most of the cases, there are a lot of negative thoughts involved behind an energy to become so strong. The person I said had broken relationships, had seen a bad family life of his parents. As we went deeper into his thoughts, I heard him say, “I always knew that relationships hardly work.” This thought was working at the back of his mind and his higher self (the guidance system) was taking him there again and again. Even the ones who claim to be all positive, when talked to, have some doubt in their desire getting fulfilled. This doubt guides the expanded soul to keep one provincial without showing the path to what can success really feel like.
As the focus shifts and the energy turns positive, one gets a tinge of optimism in the troubled area as well. That little positivity starts transforming one’s energy even when the negativity and circumstances have lasted for years. The shift can also be brought by :
- reading good books, watching laughter videos and not probing deeper into- “why did it happen to me,” “GAWWWWD”
- visualization of good things and situations that would look, feel and sound wonderful
- working harder in one’s job role to focus on materialistic success
- recalling the times and situation where happiness and success was more prevalent
As the focus shifts and the energy turns positive without the presence of any doubt, one starts interacting with the higher self and moves in the direction of one’s desire.
